RICK: Gina, come with me if you want to live.

GINA: But I can’t, I have to work Last Thursday at Tiga.

RICK and GINA (in unison, looking into camera): It was Earth the whole time!

(Cue Explosion.)

GINA: I think those blueberries I picked the other day are giving me intestinal cancer. It started out as constipation.

RICK: Sounds serious. I’ll guess i’ll work Last Thursday for you since you’re doubled over. Do you still have Pink Eye??

GINA: No. Just cancer.

RICK: That’s good. One disease at a time.

back in paris where…well, it is a stark contrast to the countryside.

but here, we are protected, by these “mitraillettes” not to be confused with the belgian mitraillette.

and the metro is always the same…

but remember that amazing squat with the beautiful rooms and huge windows..the one with rock shows….well it’s being transformed into a nut house. changes all around, still a radical city…but so nice to see new things…the country is gorgeous…images yes yes…but for now i’m off to meet a friend, sit in the evening sun, drink a pastis… ciao ciao

DONG HUONG!

awe man, super bummed to find out that my favorite vietnamese restaurant is on vacation. damn, they really know how to take vacations here in la france. one whole month! shops close up. i suppose they receive a fat check from the government or something. hmmm. so i found another “resto” which is not too difficult in Belleville but they didn’t have my soup saté! i settled for une crêpe vietnamienne (made with yellow mung bean),,,bean sprouts, pork, shrimp, mint, wrap in lettuce, dip in sauce.. the soup will happen before my departure, as for dong huong, you better be somewhere drinking water straight out of a fresh and young coconut.
